2019 Subaru forester leather seats/carpet flooring I purchased the premium interior exterior detail with the add of pet hair ($30) Clarence came and spent hours on my vehicle but when I came out I was upset that the work was something that I could have done. My seats were not cleaned, my dash wasn't cleaned, my trunk was even touched. I called Clarence and he said he prides himself on consumer satisfaction and would come back to complete the job. He explained to me that he didn't do the trunk because it wasn't included. Again- no where did it say the trunk wasn't included in the premium interior exterior detail. Clarence did come back to finish the job-when he was done it was a good clean but it was not the detail that was described in the package. At the end of the day when I went to leave my car was dead- he did not have my keys so it's unclear if the car died from him plugging things into the car, or maybe the interior lights being left on while the cleaning was done. Clarence does try to do costumer satisfaction. If you are looking for just a car cleaning he could be good. If you have pet hair or are looking for a detail this may not be right for you. *picture were taken after the first service In response do the reply- thank you for taking the time to reply- as I stated above these were the imaging from after the first "detail" I would be willing to also share the imaging from after the second "detail" as google will only let me post so many- was it a full premium detail after the second time? No. It was significantly better than the first time but again it was just a good cleaning job. Not a detail. Under the seats were missed, the nooks and crannies only partly done, the areas of the seatbelt attachment missed. I think it would be best to reevaluate the services you say you can provide to reflect the ones you do. After the second attempt, I still do not get the services that were advertised. Please contact me if you would like the pictures if the second detail I would be more than willing to provide. In Clarence's direct words "the detail doesn't typically include the trunk because my clients typically have things in the trunk the don't want to remove, but like I said I will do it for you [when I come back]" My trunk was completely empty
