Dylan is absolutely amazing to work with. Scheduling was great. He was cool with a couple rescheduling requests but of course well ahead of the appointment date. On the day of the appointment, I had to wait for Tesla Service to finish their mobile appointment before I could take the car over to Dylan's workshop; but since it was moved from a mobile detail to a in-workshop detail, he was understanding and patient as he had to wait for my arrival and I appreciate it. He communicated the process and the steps thoroughly. I had severe mineral spots on the hood and the glass that Dylan took care off in the detail job and made my brand new car look brand new again. Looking forward to working with Dylan again on my second vehicle. Definitely would recommend him for his work ethics, workmanship and the effort and care he takes towards your vehicle as if it were his own. Thank you Dylan.
