Chaney's Collision Centers Surprise Auto Body Shop

Completely disappointed in the quality of the work done by Chaney. I opted to go outside of my Allstate network of preferred vendors and I regret it. The reviews were good and when I went in for an estimate, Raz took care of me. She had a keen understanding of the business and made it sound good, so I proceeded. The day after I dropped my car off, Raz went out on sick leave for 1.5 weeks and no one seemed to know what needed to be done with my vehicle. I called many times and was completely frustrated. Upon Raz return, I went to pick up my vehicle and air bubbles and "orange peel" all over the paint. There were bumps and a couple chips in the NEW paint. Raz let me know "your car should have went through normal quality checks" but "since I wasn't here, it may have gotten missed". It definitely forgot missed! How does the company operate without quality controls? And it shouldn't take one person to manage these expectations of the customer. Fast-forward, I had to take my car in back to have it repaired again and it was not much better. I was told one day and they kept it 2 days and refused to reimburse me for Uber fees as I had Dr. appointments. I have now had to pay a whole different company for a paint correction and touchups out of my own pocket. I have left two messages for the manager of this location who has failed to call me back. I am working with Allstate to recoup their money from Chaneys.
