Arizona Collision Center - Tempe Body Shop and Collision Repair

At the end of November I was rear-ended on the 202 by an uninsured driver and wasn't sure where to turn, as my previous body shop experiences had been very disappointing. I didn't want to settle for one of my insurance company's partner shops, so I reached out on social media for recommendations. The overwhelming number of people recommending Rob and his team at Arizona Collision Center was incredible, so I decided to trust those recommendations. I reached out to Rob through Facebook, and he responded within minutes. When I brought my car in for an initial estimate, I immediately felt like I was being treated as a close friend. Sydney greeted me with the warmest smile and a kind, helpful demeanor. Travis, who did the estimate, was equally fantastic--he listened to my concerns, assured me that my car would be repaired properly, and explained their process in detail. It took me a couple of weeks to sort out issues with the other driver, and during that time, I called several other body shops for peace of mind. Within minutes of speaking to these other shops, I realized they wouldn't prioritize my best interests--they seemed more focused on following insurance protocols. That reaffirmed my decision to go with Arizona Collision Center. When I brought my car in after Christmas, I felt 100% confident that Rob and his team were genuinely on my side. While I'm not emotionally attached to my car, I am deeply invested in the fact that it's paid off and in excellent condition aside from the accident damage. I didn't want it to be totaled, and Travis reassured me that they would do everything possible to repair the car rather than letting insurance total it. Although there were no guarantees, his commitment and care made me feel valued as a customer. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates on the progress. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Cary about the claim, and he was wonderful--patiently answering all my questions without ever making me feel silly for asking. This week, I picked up my car, and it is absolutely perfect! The parts fit flawlessly, the paint job is stunning, and the color matches the original paint beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the results. As long as I live in Arizona, Arizona Collision Center will be the only body shop I use.
