Amazing car detailing and service. Jenny and her team are top notch. I got the mini detail($120) with upgraded pet hair servicing(extra $20). It was well worth it. Eric and their crew finished the job in under 90mins. They performed the service on the street and drove the car back up to me when they were finished. They had their own water supply and were fully equipped. After the job, I examined their work and felt good, so I let them go. Then under further inspection, I noticed there was still dog hair in the back of the bed of the car. I then called Jenny and she immediately responded. She tried to call the crew back but they were already too far. Jenny was extremely apologetic and offered for the crew to come back the next day and redo the back. I agreed and sent Jenny photos. The crew came back the next day and listened to exactly my wants and expectations about the cleaning. WOWOW, needless to say they did an amazing job. They took about 90% of the dog hair. Bravo to the crew for doing a fantastic job! I was most appreciative that they came back the next day to address my concern. Also, they were so appreciative of me pointing out what I wasn't happy with. I felt bad they had to come back, but Eric and Jenny both made me feel okay about calling them back. Like Eric said when he left, "We just want to make sure your satisfied!" And that I am - a very very happy customer. Car: 2017 Jeep Wrangler
