PLEASE READ!! From consultation to final pick up Andre from 24K shine was just outstanding. This was my first vehicle I ever purchased (tesla model 3) so I had a lot of questions regarding what paint protection film and ceramic coating is. After two separate 30+ mins phone consultations I had my mind made up to take my car to 24K Shine. I didn't take delivery of the vehicle from tesla until 7pm and Andre waited at his shop until 9pm for me to drop off the vehicle and even gave me a $100 Uber credit to use while my car was in service! The car was ready for pick up 48 hours later and when I seen the car truly for the first time I was impressed on how shiny it was, as well as the workmanship of the PPF install. I had to have him show me where the ppf is because they hide all wrap lines around the edges. Fast forward a week later Andre requires all ppf and ceramic coating jobs to come back in for a free follow up inspection where he washes the car and goes over any and every question you may have. During that time he even had my wood grain that comes standard in the model 3 wrapped with carbon fiber. Last but not least during my post install pick up, I forgot my rewards credit card at home and had to pay with my debit card, Andre promised that when I came back from my inspection he would refund me the payment and allow me to charge my credit card so I can get my bonus points. If that isn't stellar customer service then I don't know what is!!! I 100% recommend all Tesla owners to reach out to 24K Shine for ppf/ceramic coating. I'm already scheduled to come back in December for ceramic window tint. Thanks again for everything Andre!
