After a road trip to the mountains and a few trips to the desert my girlfriend wanted to have her car detailed at her normal place but it was closed. The car hasn't seen a wash in over 6 months and was looking pretty weathered. Found SunDiego Mobile Detail on Yelp and within half an hour of requesting a quote Wasim showed up where our car was parked (street parking in our neighborhood). We asked for the budget package and this feels like the platinum experience. He really showed a lot of care and spent so much time (1.5 hours +) on the car. You can tell he really has a high value for his workmanship and attention to detail. Wasim was awesome, super friendly and communicative throughout the booking, arrival and job process. He even gave me tips on car maintenance and ways to preserve the paint and look of the car while he was assessing the vehicle. Didn't have to wait in a long line for our car or have to come back to pick it up hours later like our regular spot (Uptown Car Wash). Was able to work from home while Wasim took care of our car outside and he texted me everything and made sure that I looked over the car and that I was very happy with his job before even billing me. The car looks brand new inside and out like it just pulled out from the dealership lot. We are going to get our car serviced more frequently and totally trust SunDiego Mobile Detail with our car care wash and detailing needs and will be calling them back again and again.
