University Car Wash

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would!! This place used to have a stamp card system for the car wash. Get 9 stamps, the 10th wash is free. I went to go get my free wash last Sat 04/05 to see the Car Wash was under renovation. Called today to see if the car wash was open and was told yes but they are no longer doing the stamp card. Ok, fine. No new stamps. She said they are not even honoring the free wash if you have a card with 9 stamps already filled!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? She said they had been telling people that the stamp cards were going to become obsolete. NOT ONE PERSON told me this!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Okkkkk I then asked to speak to the owner and she said there is no owner. That it is a corporate location. I call BS. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
