Would give 10 stars if I could. I ran into Jose by chance as he was killing it on my neighbors car when I was taking out the trash. I couldn't help to notice how awesome of a job they were doing so I asked about pricing and his next available appointment. He was very fair priced for my wife's accord which included both interior and exterior so I scheduled right then. The day before he gave me a courtesy text to confirm and next morning he was there earlier than expected. He inspected the car and before getting started Jose informed me that because my back seats had become victims of a wild 6 year old he was going to have to heat extract some areas to get the result we were looking for, and that was obviously going to be a bit of a extra charge (as to be expected). I appreciated the clear communication before starting the job so there were no surprises at all, no pressure on the up sale, very clean and professional, his equipment is very clean and generator is quieter then my dishwasher lol, clear communication before during and after service, and the end result absolutely exceeded expectations 10 fold. He offers multiple convenient payment options and then also offers a monthly interior / exterior service at a price that's more then fair.
