Leaving this review in hopes that the owners see it and honor the warranty on the work of their wraps. I paid $300 to have the roof of my Lucid Air wrapped with a Pillar Delete. Their quotes were a little higher than other wrap companies but they are literally down the street so I went with them. They got the wrap done in a few hours in 3M Gloss Black, not the best quality but should hold up for a year or two before needing to be replaced. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they had not properly wrapped the roof and had left exposed seams. I brought this up and said that it would let water in and that the roof rail needs to be slid out with the wrap trucked underneath to accommodate for shrinkage (I watched a few wrap videos before I decided to wrap my car lol). The owner told me they "couldn't get the roof rail off" and they worked around but it should be fine and if there are any issues they will warranty their work - whatever that meant. I told him I need some invoice or paperwork to show I got the work done and was told a register receipt is all that's needed if I have any issues. After a couple months later, the wrap has shrunk. The exposed seams have warped, I took the car in for a wash from them and was told the wrap guy isn't in and that they would contact me to schedule me to bring it to get it done properly (a second time) and what sounded like at my cost. For now, stay away from getting your wraps done here - they don't do a correct job and do not honor their workmanship warranty. Will update my review if they actually get back to me
