If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the most time-consuming and frustrating experience I've ever dealt with. I only share this to say please don't waste your time with people like this . The shop canceled every appointment we set for two weeks straight. Then, on Memorial Day, they finally told me to come in. I was told they would at least inspect and fix my window since I had already bought the part, and I was more than willing to pay for the service. However, when I arrived, they completely refused to even look at my car. All the conditions of my car had been clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand, yet they turned me away the moment they saw me in person. It felt like they refused to work on my car because of my ethnic background, rather than because of any issue with the vehicle itself.
