To start, the Jeeps interior was very dirty. I had just bought it and got a good deal due to its condition. I didn't mind the dirt so much, it's an off-road truck, it's going to get dirty. But we want to start off the Jeeps new life with my wife and I, clean. I have never used a service for detailing any of my cars over the years. This was new to me and maybe I expected too much. I didn't expect the paint to come back from +20 years of neglect or the door dings to magically be repaired, but I did expect all the dirt to be gone. Expectations only lead to disappoint, as the phrase goes. I got the mid-size SUV full detail with engine bay add on. Jesus was prompt and kept me advised of his approximate 8am arrival time. I gave him the keys and headed off to work. He wrapped up around noon. I walked around the truck and was impressed with the transformation. Remember, the truck was a mess. I pulled the Jeep into the driveway and into direct sun. That's when the details came apparent. Don't get me wrong, the Jeep is 90% better than before. This is just about the last 10% that could have been done better. The passenger side and rear exterior still has the drops like someone sprayed it with a soda bottle. I don't know what it is but it does come off with a little work. See picture before and where I cleaned the passenger side of the rear window. Also, you can see the driver door panel is much better, but still has dirt in the groves and rocker panel. Trash left in the rear driver side door handle. The wheels still had dirt in them. The engine bay looked great. The seats were wet but dried and looked good. This was a big job. Maybe I shouldn't expect ALL the dirt to be gone. Maybe I should have moved the jeep into the sun and inspected it before I approved. Just my $0.02.
