Hot Rods details and auto repair

Got my truck cleaned and detailed about a week ago. Customer service wasn't the greatest but was acceptable, what wasn't acceptable was the detailing job they did on my vehicle. At first glance it looked good so I paid and went on my way but almost immediately after pulling out I noticed lots of spots they missed, dirt/dust still on the carpet, gear shifter wasnt wiped down, cup holder still had crumbs in it, etc. I took it back the next day as I didn't have time to go back immediately and asked to have them touch it up and they told me it would be full charge to have them "clean it all over again" as they "had no way of knowing if I didn't create the mess after leaving their shop". My money will be going somewhere else next time. I advise anyone read this do the same.
