Crash Champions Collision Repair Menlo Park

I had an appointment for 12:15, I had confirmed over text message on their reservation system. Got there, the shop was closed, nobody there. Door locked, lights off, nada. Called the phone numbers on the door, nobody answered, left messages. Half an hour later I gave up, very unprofessional. Pretty much lost a day of work because of them, had to find a different repair shop. Update: several days / weeks later, nobody bothered even reaching out - despite a few messages left on their voicemail, and again, having had a confirmed appointment.
