Ducky's Car Wash San Carlos

I've really tried to give this place multiple chances, but today was the last straw. I paid extra to have my rubber mats washed, and it wasn't worth it at all because it's just wet but still filthy. I'm not sure if the staff is tired or just not putting in the effort, but after trying to make excuses for them, I can't ignore the reality: this place is just not good. Please tell me how the seats are wet but there's still crumbs everywhere? I've also experienced them closing before the listed time on Google, which is not only disappointing but incredibly inconsiderate. Driving all the way there, ensuring the closing time before heading there, only to find they've closed early, feels lazy and disrespectful to customers. This is the third time I've had to ask for a washcloth because something wasn't wiped down properly. For example, after they supposedly cleaned my car for 30-40 minutes, the milk my daughter spilled on the mats and side doors was still there. I literally just washed them myself now for $1.00 at a self serve and it took me less than 5 minutes. One man in a white shirt, after seemingly finishing wiping down my vehicle, stopped me before I could drive off. He claimed to be an expert with vehicles and maintenance, offering to replace my signal light bulbs, insisting they were dead. He said his price would be far less than any other place around here ($60). However, when I checked, my signal lights were perfectly fine; they just weren't turned on because I hadn't activated my turn signal. While the staff is friendly, the lack of work ethic and integrity is clear. It's time for me to cancel my membership and find a place that truly values and delivers quality service.
