Zoom (Quail Lakes) Car Wash, Lube, Detail & Tint

Well this is the second time I've been here the first time I got the regular wash nothing special and it seemed to be okay, this time I got the $42 wash I get home and I've got soap residue everywhere, dirty Windows, water everywhere, it looks like they didn't even dry it off. When I opened the rear hatch there's water and dirt everywhere. I called them and unfortunately the reason I got it washed today it's because I'm leaving for 2 weeks today, they told me if I can't bring it back in the next couple days they aren't going to do anything about it. Don't waste your money here. I received a response to this post after 3 months and they wanted to "make it right" so they offered me a basic car wash, that would have been enough 3 months ago but after waiting this long i would have expected the same service I paid for before. I accepted and after washing the car it sat in the sun for 15 minutes with water and soap drying on it. When I got home it was still dirt on the windshield bugs on the front of the car I will not be back.
