Fisher Acura Service Center

Fisher Acura did several things wrong. The only thing they did right was give me a discount because they messed up - see details below. I am a new customer to Fisher Acura. I called a week prior to my desired appointment time. The person on the line set up my profile. My maintenance needs were B 1 3. I conveyed this to the person and he informed me that the "3" was transmission and would take hours. He asked if I would like a loaner and I said yes. So we booked an appointment for 11 am Thursday 1/16/25 with a loaner car When I arrived (I was early) they had no record of my appointment or my loaner request. My profile was set up but that was all. I had to argue with the tech to get a loaner he initially refused but then acquiesced. At 230 they called to say the car was done and offered some other items to do. I agreed to one of the items. We were an hour away so we headed there. We arrived at 330 and no one knew where the car was. After about 10 minutes I was told that "they are just finishing up the car wash and the car will be ready in 5 minutes". 20 minutes later I still had not heard anything. I go to my tech and he says "you don't have your car yet?" So he finds out after washing they just parked the car out back. Wasted 20 minutes of my life Finally I get in the car and turn it on. They had neglected to reset the maintenance reminder so it still showed I needed maintenance. I had to wait for a tech to come to the car and reset it. While the people are nice, I have to say there were too many organizational mistakes for me to recommend Fisher Acura
