Finish Line Car Wash & Detail Center

I used this car wash due to the proximity to my worksite, I can't complain about the wash, car was good looking after every time I left it there. But I had some issues with my car for all the last times I left my car in there. Previos from last wash my wheel was loosen by someone and it almost pops out of the car when I was riding the highway but I did not think it was their fault at first but the last wash was the indicator that they do not take care of the cars. My last wash was this Saturday 2/22/2025, I left my car in there working perfectly and when I went to take out my car I notice that my clutch pedal was not the same, which I talk to someone that just wrote an incident report, also noticed that one of the letters out of my trunk was now missing. They have not reach back to me at all it's Tuesday 2-25-2025 right now and nobody has reach back. I really can not complain about the wash but I think they mistreat the cars. They didn't even get me at least the refund out of the wash...
