Messer Window Tinting

I brought my car in for window tinting, dropping it off on time at 10 AM. I was told it would take only two hours. However, I was never called to be notified that my car was ready. By 3 PM, I called for an update and was told it was done. When I arrived to pick it up, I immediately noticed the tint was cut unevenly, as shown in the pictures. When I pointed this out to the staff, they attempted to clean it up by trimming the uneven parts, but the cut still looked sloppy. I brought my concerns to Aaron Messer, who told me to drive back so they could fix it. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they ended up cutting a bigger chunk of the tint, yet the result remained flawed. When I pointed out that the tint was still uneven, Aaron asked if I wanted it redone, but before I could even respond, he aggressively ripped the tint off dry, without any care. At this point, I had already waited six hours and didn't want to continue waiting any longer. As a result, they only redid the right window, which was in worse condition, while the left window remains sloppy. Now, I've decided to have it redone elsewhere because I value my time and don't want to deal with this place any further. To make matters worse, my car had been recently washed, yet they didn't even bother to protect it. They left water stains all over, showing a complete lack of care. Also, this isn't about "the gap", it's about how choppy and unprofessional the tint cut was, as clearly seen in the pictures. This level of unprofessionalism, combined with poor communication, passive-aggressive service, and sloppy workmanship, makes it clear that I would not recommend this place.
