Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash at New Garage

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dennis, the so-called "manager" at Aventura's Finest Car Wash, is anything but fine. He's got the customer service skills of a wet sock and the attitude of someone who thinks washing cars makes him a king. First off, I paid for the premium wash, but my car came out looking like it got rinsed in disappointment. When I pointed out the streaks, spots, and the fact that they somehow missed an entire side of my car, Dennis gave me a look like I had just asked him to hand-wash the Sistine Chapel. He huffed, rolled his eyes, and said, "It looks clean to me." BRO. Am I being gaslit at a car wash?? To top it all off, when I asked for a refund or at least a rewash, he hit me with, "That's not my problem." Oh, but it is your problem, Dennis. Because now I'm making it everyone's problem with this review. Save yourself the frustration and go wash your car in a puddle. It'll be cleaner, and you won't have to deal with Dennis.
