Dexter's mobile Detailing

I left a 5 star review for the first time he came out....the 2nd time he came out, part of the car was missed entirely along with a tar mark on the trunk - I wasnt upset at first, however, when I showed him the pictures he called and said he will give me a full refund and to never call him again. I dont know about you all, but this is not good business practice in my opinion. Too bad. I will probably just do it myself from now on, even though it is a hardship for me with owning my own business. I wasnt going to even write a review, however, I think it is important to know what happens when you question his work - defensive, angry. He did refund my money - but I still have to wipe down my car....pics to follow...the pictures of my car clearly show it is in excellent condition and the pics of the trunk show the DIRT left on there AFTER he washed my car! In response to your response....Not at all! I waited for 2 weeks for you to come and wash my car! I'm not even surprised that you arent admitting online (as you did over the phone) how you made a mistake! I never asked for my money back - EVER! I simply wanted my car to be washed and you missed the entire top part of the trunk - pics show that AND a tar mark on the trunk! I really dont think the small 350Z should require soooo much nonsense from you....this is why I posted the 2 star review! You should actually be ashamed of your behavior - and again, the defensiveness and weird prideful comments are typical of someone who is unable to have their work (or lack thereof) criticized...You should have simply just come by, finished the job and everything would have been fine - but instead, you became defensive, rude and once seeing the car, realized your "mistake" - WHICH YOU ADMITTED TO ME OVER THE PHONE....so, perhaps the other client you previously told me about (which you said you did the same thing in regards to returning her money when she complained) felt threatened by you and your behavior and decided to not write a review....- WELL, let me just say this once - I will not be intimidated by you and think it is vital to let people know what happens when they ask you to finish a job! Oh...and I dont know what clock you go by, but you were here for an hour and a half - enough time TO WASH MY TRUNK PROPERLY! All I wanted was my car washed.....sigh..... My car is also in excellent condtion...new top, leather....if you dont like cleaning cars, then do something else for a living! Dexter now had a Ruby Vasquez leave a one star review on my business in retaliation! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!! I may consider reporting him and this Ruby to the police! Obviously my 5 star original review has been demoted to a One!
