Barba's Mobile Detailing

So we googled local mobile car wash detailers, and this one came up and mind you we are located in Leesburg. On google the business page says "serves lake county". My husband confirmed his appointment a couple of days ago for the appointment today. The personnel sends a text at around 11ish to confirm they are on their way because they are "ahead" of time. Then reconfirmed what our home address was to then say "my apologies we don't go that far". This was a waste of my time and I end up blocking my earlier schedule in the day to wait until the job was done. Please update you serve lake county and be specific because it's misleading. They end up cancelling with us almost an hour before. You could have double checked our address when you confirmed days ago and we could have just booked another company.
