El Car Wash - West Hialeah

I'm writing this review on March 25, 2025. I hadn't used the car wash for a month, and today I stopped by around 11 AM. After two hours, it started raining, and I tried to go back because my car was dirty from the rain. The supervisor told me I wasn't allowed to wash it again. I said it wasn't my fault it rained, and besides, it was my first wash this month since paying for the monthly membership. That's their policy, but as a loyal customer, a courtesy pass might be a better option. *Updated review: 5/5 stars* I'm thrilled to update my previous review! After reaching out to the customer service team, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve the issue. The representative I spoke with was friendly, empathetic, and understanding. They offered a solution that met my needs, and I'm grateful for their efforts. It's clear that this car wash values its customers and is committed to providing excellent service.
