DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. I'm restoring vehicle for customer and originally bought their black paint through amazon and painted most of the interior dash pillars visors etc. with no problem. Customer brought remaining panels for me to finish which included door panels armrests. Ordered black again directly from BioTech to paint those items. Spent many hours prepping and painting only to find out all 4 cans were mis-labeled on color. It was a real dark grey color and at first thought doesn't look right so I stopped with that can and used another one with same results so I assumed It was just me being paranoid and what are the chances all 4 cans were mislabeled so I continued. Told customer to bring vehicle back and unfortunately the color was way off match. I contacted BioTech directly, sent them pictures, explained everything etc... Originally was told it would be checked into and they would contact me same day to find a remedy. Didn't hear from them until next day except with a message "sorry we thought it was black that's what the warehouse told us we don't have any black in stock we can refund you if you like." Gee Thanks for making everything right. I asked them a bunch of other questions on how to re-prep for a do-over etc.. and didn't get any answers. I'm very disappointed to say the least.
