Key West Eco Wash (mobile auto, RV & boat services, residential and commercial cleaning)

We hired Eco Wash when we arrived in Keywest from making a 3900 mile trip. They came out to wash and wax our 34' motorhome and our Jeep gladiator. They sent out 1 guy ( he worked his tail off) but he seamed overwhelmed. It took him 9.5 hrs to finish. We had dinner reservations so we had to leave before he was finished. The next morning I went out and looked at our motorhome there where spots all over, the top edge of roof line still had dirt all over it, there was bug residue all over the front, they used some type of liquid spray ( he said it was wax) and that residue, drip marks where all over both the Jeep and Motorhome. I let the owner know when he called me and asked for payment. His response was that he would send the same guy back out. I feel the guy they sent out did not have much experience and was not qualified enough for these kind of jobs. So I told the owner just send me a bill I don't have another full day to waist on getting the motorhome or Jeep detailed. So he sent me a bill with a $56.00 discount for not being 100 percent satisfied. So with the tip that I had already gave the worker before we left for dinner that evening and the bill I have paid over $600.00 for a dirty motorhome and Jeep that I'll have to clean properly my self here at the Rv park in Keywest! Hopefully this was an isolated incident!
