Green Dynamic Detailing

I scheduled my car wash through Mercedes and they unfortunately chose this vendor. On the day my car wash was scheduled I called in the morning because they usually give me a time confirmation the day before and I got no time confirmation. Mercedes gave me the number to reach out to this company directly since this is the company who took the car wash for this day. They never answered my phone calls. I had to reach back out to Mercedes to get a hold of them before they finally texted me asking if I can reschedule. I had scheduled this car wash ahead of time to be done the day before my daughter's birthday party. I had a million other things to stress about getting done and my car had been sitting dirty waiting for this car wash for this day. So I called them and they told me they would make sure to get it done today and would reach back out in 30-45mins with a time. I was like ok my car would be on my driveway unlocked all day ready I just need it done anytime before tomorrow. By 2:30pm I still had not heard back from the company over 3 hours since they told me they would get back to me with a time. I called multiple times after it had hit an hour and a half after they were supposed to get back to me with a time. So I reached back out to Mercedes to find out if they were even coming or if I have to take out my 2 babies under 2 to go get a car wash before the party tomorrow along with getting everything else ready. Mercedes is able to get a hold of them just to have them say they won't be able to do my car today. Like why wouldn't they communicate with the client sitting waiting at home for their car to get washed? This was the most stressful experience over getting my car washed which shouldn't have been a stress at all after scheduling this over a week in advance.
