Xtreme Pro Detailing Ceramic Coatings & Paint Protection Film

I'm going to start this review by saying that I didn't willfully write this review. I was asked by the company owner to write this review in exchange for him not charging me his mobile fee. First off, the mobile fee isn't mentioned in his pamphlet which feels misleading. I first drove 30 minutes to drop of my car to have the interior cleaned. My car had flooded and needed shampooing as soon as possible to prevent mold. The address on Google was incorrect so I ended up dropping off my car at the wrong house. He didn't get to my car because of a medical family issue. After that he offered to not charge his mobile fee. The next time he was supposed to come to clean my car he texted me at the time he was supposed to already be at my house that he was concerned about the rain. Were both situations inconvenience? Yes. But I personally feel that they were handled rather unprofessionally. After we agreed on another time to get the job done he wanted to charge me again for the mobile fee. I told him that I was under the impression that I wasn't getting charged for the mobile fee. It was then he asked me for this review. Over all the communication and problem solving was rather unprofessional. As far as the job done on my car. It looks pretty nice and the smell is improved. It seemed like they left shampoo residue on the seat belt clips. Another issue I had was the fact that they took a fan out of my garage to use to dry out my car with out asking first. Again, rather unprofessional in my opinion. Having the mobile fee taken off of my bill felt like the only good thing about the experience with this company.
