Sparkle Effect Mobile Detailing

My appointment was for 930. Individual showed up at about 945. Checked on the individual throughout the experience of interior detailing of my vehicle during the end inspection notice several areas he had missed he continued to make it right Did not tip him but $10 because of the areas that he had missed that I had to tell him about additionally used in a abrasive cloth on my plastic interior that's considered trim, resulting in fine scratches. This damage that I have to go back over because he used an abrasive cloth or dry cloth or both. That was either dirty already or push the dirt around. It was dry. can see that by the fine scratches that was put in the plastic trim. I Would not use again, individual has not enough experience to understand that you cannot wipe plastic with a dry cloth. It must be wet at all times and the dirt must be removed before you do it. I don't think he understands that, he's very young and inexperienced, has a nice little cleaning van with cleaners and tools that has the appearance of experience. That's what sold me on hiring him. Why was I wrong. Doesn't mean he can't learn it just now it results in me having to go back over and try to buff the scratches out of all my trim pieces on the inside of my new car not happy. Find another individual with more experience. He needs to learn a lot.
