Xtreme Detailing

I had Xtreme detailing buff, wax, and touchup the paint along with polish the tires on my 1980 Honda Accord. It has the original color paint and is obviously not a newer car. The service was supposed to be in one go but due to lack of touchup paint suppliers in cartersville I had to separately source the touchup paint for him to complete the job from a place he recommended I go. The buff, wax, and tire polish turned out great, but when I got my car back after two days the touchup paint job was hideous. The color was completely off as it was pulled from the factory color and my paint had clearly faded from sun damage, but instead of doing a test spot and compare how the paint would dry he did my entire car without even calling me and telling me the color was an issue. Furthermore, the quality of the actual application of the paint was subpar to say the least. It's very globby inaccurate to the actual scrath and can easily be removed with the scrape of a finger nail. When I called him to question about what had gone wrong he deflected all responsible blame off of himself and instead placed all blame onto the paint supplier which again he had recommended. And instead of offering a refund for his service doubled down and refused refund as "thats not how he does business." I payed $400 for this service and was only asking for partial repayment for what the cost of labor for the touch up paint job, but again was met with the same answer. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to this shop for paint work. And he can shove that "10 years of touchup paint experience" where the sun doesn't shine. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you have a classic car. Here are the photos of his work.
