Salty Suds Auto Spa

Highly disappointed with the quality of service I received from this business. I paid about $297 and yet my car barely looks like it was detailed. There was no waxing done, and the engine bay compartment wasn't touched, even though the service specified it would be. The person who called me afterwards to get feedback was also more interested in generating excuses than addressing the issues I brought up, telling me that I chose that service. I made sure their tech had a conducive atmosphere and provided all that required of me. I did not give any issues during the booking of this service, and yet, got less than acceptable standard of service. I will have to get another detailing done soon, to get my car to actually shine. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Attached are photos of the engine bay which was not cleaned.
