On Demand Auto Detail

We were originally scheduled to have an interior and exterior hand wash on our 2025 Toyota Camry and 2025 BMW X5 on Monday at 10:00 a.m. however, due to the rainy weather we had to reschedule for today at 10:00 a.m. We received a called from the owner at 10:04 a.m. and was told he would arrive at 10:20 a.m.. When the owner arrived he seemed knowledgeable, mentioning that he started his business in New York and currently operates the shop there in New York. He mentioned that the water that was in his tank that he would be using to wash our vehicles as demonized which helped reduce water stains. When he informed us that he was finished with our vehicles we inspected them and pointed out some water stains on both vehicles and some other areas that needed to be addressed. I was told by the owner with an attitude "You're gonna be picky about a $75.00 carwash?" I paid him and told him to have a nice day. The BMW was $75.00 and the Camry was $55.00 both are driven only once or twice per week and were not very dirty. The price we paid was the price that he (the owner/carwasher) gave us over the phone and we confirmed the price on his arrival. We were not being picky we were attempting to get what we paid for which was not vehicles that were not properly dried, had water stains left on them and places on the vehicles that hadn't been washed at all. We were looking to be repeat customers however, we will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. The owner stated that he has only been in Georgia two years and I would say that because of the lack of customer service skills, negative attitude and performing a half job for whole pay, your business will not last long here in Georgia and probably isn't doing well in New York.
