Terrible service. I had placed an order and purchased a high demand item in which I was given a week to receive, the week was up and they told me it can now take a month and a half. Thanks for lying to me. I thought that an email response system can keep everyone up to date, I guess that didn't apply when I asked to send most of that order and not see progress of that shipment until I called 4 days later. They sound like they want to help, but they ain't worth another cent for me.
