Hi, this is Niklas O'Dette, and I'm reaching out again regarding the full detail service I received for $375 on 3/25, as I am extremely disappointed with the results. I made it clear multiple times that I expected a full deep clean and even called beforehand to inform your team of the extent of dirt and buildup, so there was prior knowledge of the level of cleaning required. Despite this, several key areas were completely neglected. The visors and ceiling weren't just left uncleaned--they had very apparent stains that should have been addressed. The pull-down cup holder in the back seat remained horribly stained, none of the door jams were cleaned properly, buildup and residue was found in the center console, and I have continued to find an unacceptable amount of dirt throughout the interior. I also asked that they not clean the exterior due to paint damage and to only work on the inside. Not only did they not listen, but I know have another gorgeous spot on my car where the paint has come off. Given the price I paid, again at your pricing, I should not have to inspect my car and discover so many areas that were overlooked. To make matters worse, when I contacted management regarding these issues, I was met with a very rude gentleman who refused to acknowledge the problem. Instead of listening to my concerns, he continuously disagreed with me, accused me of being in the wrong, and falsely claimed that I had ONLY requested the carpets and seats to be cleaned. This is a full interior detailing service, why would I only want my carpets and seats cleaned? He also accused me of lying about not wanting the exterior cleaned due to paint damage, despite the fact that I called before bringing the car in and clearly explained in full detail that I expected a FULL DETAIL SERVICE, with emphasis on the seats and carpets. At no point did I ask for the rest of the interior to be completely neglected. That is simply the only thing that looks as if it was cleaned properly. Additionally, I was told that my service was "incorrectly priced" and I should've payed MORE regarding my service to get the clean that I want. So he essentially told me I just payed $375 for ONLY my carpets and seats. As nothing else was hardly touched. That is blasphemy. I was given a price for a service that I meticulously explained, and I paid for that service--despite not receiving it. I'm sorry, but that's why it's called car detailing and not just car cleaning. Every detail is supposed to be meticulously cleaned, especially when I have paid $375--again at your pricing--for a FULL top-to-bottom service. I will be sending pictures and documentation of the leftover mess to provide further proof of the poor quality of service I received. This service fell far below my expectations, and I don't feel that I received what I paid for.
