Mac's Mobile Detailing

Mario was the gentleman I worked with yesterday. The timeframe for arrival was 10:30-1:30 and he showed up right at 1:30. I unfortunately had to leave for a work meeting by 2:30 and advised him of that right away. Because of the time constraints I mentioned to him that if he can only wipe down the interior and vacuum the seats, I'd be satisfied. After I brought him to my vehicle I went inside and continued working. After an hour I came out to check on the status and was extremely disappointed to find that he was standing there, dancing with headphones in his ears by his vehicle. When I asked him how it was going, he said his battery to power his fluid for washing the vehicle as well as the vacuum had died and he couldn't finish. I did not have an outlet to provide him as I thought this was a mobile service and was not advised to have one available for him. He did not offer options, did not offer to finish picking up the trash, and just stared at me blankly to figure it out on my own. Unfortunately I had already tipped him 20% upfront, as the reviews showed this to be reputable. I was charged $370 for a car that was 1/4 clean. I have never written a review before but as someone who is moving, getting married, and trying to pay for a rental to get me across the country, I am deeply saddened by this experience and it has greatly affected my financial status. He advised I would receive a call from Mike but I never heard from anyone after he left. At this time, I would not recommend.
