Pure Luxury Mobile Detail Spa

I had scheduled a full interior and exterior detail with a headlight restore and carpet shampooing. This was done at around 12 PM in the afternoon so more than enough time for the whole day to be done but upon arrival I was told by Ryan that I would only be receiving just a quick maintenance wash on the outside and he would attempt to do my headlights. I don't quite understand why we would make a reservation and put everything to the side if it's not gonna be done like we reserved it for. Fast-forward 40 minutes, he states he was done whilst I was busy with work. I explained that I wouldn't be able to come outside to take a look and that I would just pay for it at the end of the day. I took a look outside and I looked at the vehicle if I'm being honest it look like I just got done with a regular car wash with some smudges and smudges on the chrome pieces. Upon the headlight, though, I could see that the so-called "all he could do" in difference was absolutely terrible and actually looked worse than what it did when I first bought the car that day. (see attached photos below.) Unfortunately, with the scheduling delays, even though the days were perfectly clear and with everything said and done, I would not recommend the service You can get more done on your vehicle if you spend the time.
