I received a gift certificate to have my interior detailed. Made an appointment a week ahead. Made arrangements for someone to bring me home after dropping off. We show up for appointment an hour after they were to open and nobody was there. I called and left a message. (It did rain 3pm that day. ) The next day they were open. I went to ask what happened, and why they didn't contact me at any point?? Because there was rain in the Forcast the owner/manager decided not to open. And they don't call appointments to cancel is what I was told! I asked the receptionist to talk to the owner, I think I need money back for this gift certificate! Receptionist could not tell me when the owner would be in, maybe next week... No apologies!! Just wanted to know if I wanted to make another appointment! UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL SERVICE and I never got anything done! This is the last place to take your car!!
