The employee who cleaned my car didn't have the BENEVOLENCE or WILLINGNESS TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER with CARE. I had a great experience at Hector Car Detailing Services about three or four months ago. I came in for a walk-in full interior and exterior detailing, and I was 100% satisfied with the results. Everything was spotless, and that's why I decided to come back again, even driving all the way from Chicago, hoping for the same level of service. This time, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Although I appreciated that they accepted walk-ins again and I asked for a full cleaning, I didn't mention "deep cleaning" -- which might have caused some misunderstanding. Still, even for a full service(not deep cleaning) the cleaning didn't meet my expectations. After they finished and I paid (even leaving a tip), I noticed a lot of dust still left in my car -- between the driver's seat and gear lever, under the seat, and even on the dashboard. It clearly wasn't properly cleaned. When I pointed it out, someone (possibly the manager or staff in charge) personally came to clean those areas again, which I appreciate. But I had to wait outside in the cold, and even then, the cleaning didn't feel complete. I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. Honestly, if I just wanted a basic interior cleaning, I would've done it MYSELF or gone somewhere else. I came here expecting a special, full-service experience, which is why I went out of my way to stop by a professional service like this. Overall, while my first visit was excellent, this recent experience was frustrating. It felt like the employee who cleaned my car didn't have the BENEVOLENCE or WILLINGNESS TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER with CARE. That attitude makes a big difference, and I hope the team can return to the high standard they once had.
