Bailey's Car Wash & Detailing

This place only gets 1 star because it has running water. By far the worst experience I've had at any car wash. I went there because they had staff that would wipe and detail your vehicle after it had cycled through the wash. Not only did my vehicle get stuck twice, one windshield wiper was ripped from the assembly. This is in addition to my vehicle's appearance of not have ever being washed. The manager on duty advised that he did not have the authority to cover the cost of replacing my wiper, nor the authority to refund the $36 that I spent on the wash. He stated that another manager would contact me the next day to discuss. Needless to say, no one reached out and I was forced to make the initial contact and show up on site. After describing my experience to the manager and providing photos to support my experience, he was only willing to refund the money I spent on purchasing a new wiper. Additionally, he stated that the staff is only required to vacuum and perform a brief towel dry of the vehicle. Apparently they're not required to clean wheels or any missed spots. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews prior to my visit. Needless to say, I will never make another visit, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. So much for supporting small businesses.
