If you love your car... RUN! Called these guys for an interior detail ($185) for my car, which I baby and keep in pristine condition. I gave them a clean car that needed a wipe down, removal of a few small scuff marks on door jambs, and a small amount of work on the carpet and it was returned to me with huge dark STAINS all over my beige leather and drip marks (see photos). I reached out to the business the next day, sent tons of pictures of all the damage done. They said they don't give refunds and told me to set up another appointment and they would fix the issues they made to which I said no because 1) I'm not crazy to let someone who did this much damage touch my car AGAIN, 2) job needs to be done correctly the FIRST time around. You cannot attribute how dirty my car was after the service to human error, it was clear negligence on their part. Some other problems with the appointment were that the detailer was late by about 30 minutes and without my permission, turned my car on and left it running with the heat blasting for the duration of the service (about 1.5-2 hours). Furthermore, the day following my detail, I used a white towel and some leather conditioner to try to get the stains the detailer made off of my seats and, after wiping just the front two seats, my towel was filthy (see photo)... Funny as the interior detail included a deep clean of leather seats. Sad that I paid so much money for this service and now have to pray that I can get all these stains out myself. One star granted for the vacuum job, detailer did a good job vacuuming.
