Marlboro Auto Repair, Tire & Collision

Tried really hard to work with this place. They are not communicating with the insurance company and lying to me about what they are doing. Luckily I was on the receiving end of that conversation. The manager won't answer calls and the serviceer gave me the wrong contact information after I had to beg for it. Why? I called every day for 3 weeks and I have been told that he (ALEX CONNOR) would return my calls and give an update. It's been almost a month and the haven't even touched my car. Update: My car was there from 10/22 til Thanksgiving eve. When I arrived to retrieve my truck. 1. Replaced my steering column with a scratched up "recycled" piece. Answer. "That's what the insurance company approved." They only gave me one key, so Heaven forbid I lose it... 1a. None of this was reiterated to me until I got there. 2. Charged me more than my deductible. Answer. A battery was added to the bill and not the claim. 2a. I had to pay a percentage of the battery plus a surcharge of the same price, but I was told that the fee would be waived if I removed my review. 3. When repairing my driver's side door, the window would not work because of a piece that was missing. 4. A piece of my console is missing and there is a hole in its place. Answer. "That probably happened during the tow." 4a. It was not. When my car was towed, the driver did not use a flat bed that would enable that to happen. 5. When the steering column was replaced, the airbag sensors was damaged and the indicator light was on. Answer. "That must be a problem with your tire pressure. We don't know, but we didn't do it. 5a. That indicator light was never on until it was taken to this shop. 6. My 6 month old tires were almost on flat. 7. The free oil change I was promised... nope, didn't happen. 8. Worst of all, when my husband proceeds to advocate on my behalf, he is treated so kindly. So kindly to where one may think that I made everything up. Those males there called me every name but a child of God, but foolishly did not know that I understood the language. With the exception of the battery, every one of my parts were not new. Answer. "Your insurance company rejected new parts." However, my insurance company stated otherwise As of now, I still have the hole and the indicator light, but I will pay another place to fix it rather than go back to them. Update: after an entire month, I received a text from the manager stating that the piece to my truck has finally arrived. I asked several times when I can come pick up the part. Not one response via text email or phone. I called for over a month. The reason why I had to keep calling is because every time I came up there they would be closed even if it is during the hours that is displayed that they would be open. I came in today all of a sudden they don't have to piece and they're blaming me because I took too long to come. I told you manager that he never answered any of my calls texts or emails to let me know. He just simply shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Trust me. This is the most incompetent place on the face of the damn planet.
