Can't say my experience was very good when I sent my truck there to get it running. Had an fuel issue giving a ton of fuel to the motor causing a severe misfire until one day it quit running. Sent it them for the first time mainly because Marquette Automotive was there and those were my guys in a pinch so I wanted to give them a shot hoping that their shop is as good as their sales. After about a month and several phone calls, they told me they were out of ideas and didn't know what else to do. They replaced an $89 driver module that was obviously bad but I had to call another tow truck to pick up my truck after paying over $300 and brought it to Quality Car Care as I knew those guys are badass. Get a call from QCC telling me my truck was all set for pickup just to find out that the spark plugs were fouled out due to the excessive fuel. I can't even make this stuff up. Been a mechanic my entire life, but the one time I depend on someone else to do it because it's winter and colder than a witches titty and I'm without a heated shop, they trusted in their expensive computers rather than just going with the basics and simple intuition. I waited a bit to write this as it's embarrassing for a mechanic to have another mechanic work on their stuff. But it's even more embarrassing knowing the problem could have been diagnosed by a child at a small engine repair shop better than this place. Save your money and try Joe's or QCC.
