Fast Splash Car Wash and Detail

I live right near here & have been going here since before Fast Splash took over. I've done a monthly premium subscription for well over 3 years & recently had to take my car into be serviced. I'm in a rental & called fast splash "customer service" to either cancel my subscription & renew it for the rental or find out what my options are. I've been calling them for 2 weeks never have they returned my call. I finally called again & let the lady know I've been trying to call & no one has called back. She doesn't apologize or anything & because of that I'll be going to one of the countless other car washes in the area. A business stands out in their customer service these days & fast splash fell short.
