Park Chrysler Jeep

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Jeep in Burnsville. I returned a lease and bought a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee, less then 30k miles and previously a lease. I looked around the vehicle & test drove it, bought it and was beyond excited. Once i got home I removed the floor mats behind the driver seat, the carpet was all eroded, never was I shown this or was it pointed out to me. The left front panel was "loose", the rear view mirror would fall off onto my lap while driving as well as the center control panel on the ceiling rattles. I also found some wrappers under my third row seat after i waited at the dealership for about an hour for it to be detailed. After hearing from my sales rep Cameron we brought it back for it to be detailed a second time ( by the detail manager) as well as address all these issues that were over seen / not addressed while purchasing the car. I made an appointment to get everything fixed ( carpet replaced, mirror replaced, rattled and fender adjusted. ) During that time i noticed my back seat had a chewed up piece of gum sticking in a handle to put the rear seat down. I then asked for a Third detail, while they had my vehicle for a week i finally got it back. Got into my vehicle and it still had the rattle as they said they "could not hear it" as soon as i left i called both my service tech and another one. I could not turn around because i had another appt. In 20 mins. Again another no phone call back i received a text from my sales rep stating i need to come back in so they can ride with me. Now i am told since it is not a "safety concern" it is $200 just for them to diagnosis this issue. After i was told everything will be covered at No cost. I also have noticed the undercarriage of my car is all dented from the hoist denting it, and the shield is hanging down. After spending lots of time calling and sitting at the dealership and STILL waiting for phone calls back from the manager from when i purchased my vehicle on 12- 21- 2024 I will never recommend this dealership or spend another dime at Park Jeep again.
