Youngstedts Excelsior Car Wash & Detail Center

This happened two years ago, and I'm still upset. The staff cleaning my car were laughing and pointing at the dent, making comments about how there's no point in making the car look nice with such a big dent. They didn't say it directly to me, but I overheard them. When I got my car back, there were muddy rag streaks all over the interior. At home, I had to clean it myself, using five rags because each one got so dirty and discolored from the gunk. I can't believe I paid for a "professional" detail only to do all the work myself.
