Crash Champions Collision Repair Sunnybrook Road

If I could give zero stars, I would! This experience with Crash Champions has not been a pleasant one at all. I did not receive sufficient updates or an estimated completion date through the link until the day my truck was ready. I only received the generic "we're working hard" messages. I also received the run around of "we are waiting on parts". I did receive a verbal completion date on last week by Michael. I even spoke to him on Wednesday. Only to be told via text on Friday that it would be extended to Monday at 8:30 a.m. I immediately called to speak with Michael, only to be told he was out for two weeks. That was unacceptable! I stated how it was imperative that I received my vehicle that day as I was told and that I had already spent too much out of pocket with a rental, etc. The tune was changed and I received the news my truck was completed. Only to receive my truck and have to send it back FOUR times for errors that were found. I was at the shop way longer than I needed to be. The assistant GM Austin was assisting us. Some areas of the truck also weren't as secure as they should have been. So Austin assured us that he would order the clips on Monday and would let us know when they arrive so that they could put them on. If it weren't for my husband showing up, I would have driven off their lot with many errors on my truck. They also received my truck with a sorority tag on the front. When I asked for it, they couldn't find it and advised they threw it away because it was chipped and "didn't think I would want it". You would think they would ask the customer before they threw away their belongings. How would they know if it had sentimental value or not? There is no way they care about the safety of their customers or the quality of their work. Here we are THE VERY NEXT DAY on the side of the road on the Spillway. As we were driving, there was a clunking noise. To our surprise, the cover under the truck had fallen. This could have been very detrimental to my family and I and could have resulted in an accident. All due to the negligence of Crash Champions. Totally unacceptable! If a thorough inspection was truly done before my truck was released or even during one of the four times that I sent it back, this would have never happened. Pure and utter negligence. I will be back first thing Monday morning and I WILL NOT be spending any extra money out of pocket. CRASH CHAMPIONS FIX THIS! Update as of 1/31/25 I returned to Crash Champions as soon as they opened on 1/27/25. Katrina was very helpful and empathetic to what had occurred. She wrote down all of my concerns and relayed them to Austin. They then placed me in a rental car until my truck was complete. I picked the truck up today, and all of my concerns were addressed and corrected. Austin even went the extra mile to replace my sorority tag on the front along with some other items. That is appreciated. Although the initial review was warranted and valid, I can say that Crash Champions made it right in the end.
