I had a bit of a nightmare with another auto shop, and after reaching out to Car Craft for help, the manager, Tim, really went above and beyond. Not only did he step in to handle the situation, but he also personally went to pick up my Tesla and took care of the repairs needed. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated their offer of a loaner car while I waited--super convenient! What really stood out to me was the level of communication. Tim and his team kept me updated every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. The customer service was truly unbelievable, and it's clear that they care about their clients and their vehicles.
