Note: if you have State Farm, this is absolutely not the shop for you. Sad! Also mad! Pretty much mad as hell that these guys wasted weeks of my time and then refused to play ball with State Farm. I beat the snot of the State Farm claims folks to get them to let me take my car to Sameday because they are the only body shop we've used since moving to the area back in 2012. After all that, they told my agent "the price is the price" and "it is what it is." Never going back to this place! Can't believe how thoroughly they let me down. I've been a customer for years and this is how they treat me when I walk in with an insurance claim?!? Hell no! Note: several owner responses to bad reviews are visible on Google. I called the 618 number provided and spoke to Jim but he said he no longer owns the business. These guys used to be my go-to but they're dead to me now. Note 2: I just read the utterly worthless corporate double-speak posted by nobody who's actually associated with this location. State Farm doesn't meet your standards? That's an absolute lie. Also, I talked to Jim and he said he has nothing to do with this location anymore. Not sure why you called him out in your response. Really bad showing!
