Cisneros detailing

We recently had a baby and wanted to have our vehicles deep cleaned and get the dog hair removed. My father-in-law found this company had them come out to our house and clean all 3 of our vehicles over the course of 2 days. Unfortunately, I was not around to look at the vehicles when he was done and catch him before he left, otherwise I would have made sure he fixed this stuff before my father-in-law gave him the cash that paid him. I will give the guy credit; he did a great job and spent a lot of time getting the dog hair out and cleaning the exterior. As far as the exterior goes on all 3 vehicles, he didn't touch any of the windows, and missed several spots all around the vehicle, the roofs on both trucks were missed, as well as the wheel wells. For paying over $600 for the 3 vehicles, I would have expected a better job on the exterior. I could have spent $20 and gone through an automated car wash and gotten the exterior cleaner. I called the guy back after realizing everything that was missed, and he said he would come back out, but that was now a month ago, and I have yet to hear back. Overall if they would have had as much attention to detail on the exterior and windows as they did on the interior, or if they would have even came back out to make it right and finish the job, this would be a 5-star review, because the guy was nice, friendly, and seemed to have a good work ethic. But I feel like he got his money so I will probably never hear back. If you decide to use them, make sure you go over everything with a fined tooth comb and inspect the work before paying, because you will never hear back.
