Bryan's Auto Detail

What a disappointing and rather sexist experience. I brought my car in for detailing and help with mold growing after a poorly replaced windshield led to a leak and mold damage. Bryan's originally gave me a $600 estimate to replace the carpet and treat the car for mold, and I was planning to pay out of pocket. Then I decided to file an insurance claim. Once Bryan's found out I was filing an insurance claim, a $600 estimate ballooned to $4900. They had the car for over a week. After I got the car back, I realized there was still mold in the backseat. Even though they'd charged hundreds of dollars to replace the carpet, they did NOT replace the carpet where there was active mold. They also did not clean the floor mats, which had visible green mold. I decided to poke around after taking a good look at the invoice. After charging to change the air filter, I pulled out the filter myself. The "new" filter was full of dried leaves and mouse droppings. (Image included) I called back, was told the car was just fine, was talked over, and was hung up on after I said, "I am speaking. Will you please stop talking over me? Are you fleecing me because I'm a woman?" Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get the insurance adjuster involved to talk to the shop. After another round (this time bringing a man with me for support and giving Bryan's a list of what had not been completed), Bryan's finally replaced the carpet and floor mats. Two stars because they finally finished the job. I would not recommend this place to a single woman - the men at Bryan's don't seem to think women are smart enough to catch their glaring errors and obvious overcharges.
