My husband and I purchased our daughter her first car from this dealer. We had paid a total of $7,000 for the vehicle. The sale was prompt and went smoothly. However, when we picked the vehicle up and drove it home, it was brought to my attention that it sounded a tad loud. I made an appointment with our mechanic the first availability he had to do a full inspection of the car. The car ended up needing the exhaust replaced from the converter down, brake pads and rotors in the rear (they ONLY had 10% pad left- front pads are at 25%) both serpentine belts, tires (two were completely shot), a new pulley and the AC condenser is no good. When I reached out to Eddie he requested I bring the car down for his mechanic to look at. When the inspection was done almost everything that was bad should've been caught aside from the condenser. The creditably is out of the window nor was I willing to have a cob job done to save them a couple bucks and potentially put my daughter in danger. All in all the work was $2500. I am out $9,500 and the dealer has taken absolutely no initiative to make it right.
